Apple: When will the MacBook Air M3 arrive?

M3 chipset or M2?
Excited about the M3 chipset? Coming hopefully very soon this October! I'm not sure how much a performance boost there will be when comparing M2 to M3. However, I'm sure there will be plenty of benchmark tests soon to come. I can't wait to see how the new M3 technology performs over the M2.
Will Apple release the M3 this year?
I have my eye on the new MacBook Air 15 inch with the M2 technology chipset. However if I wait a few more months... I was hoping the M3 chipset would be in the new MacBook Air this coming October. If Apple doesn't release the M3 chipset this coming October it will get pushed to next year. Since they already had other releases earlier in the year, there's a chance it we will have to wait until 2024 for the M3.
Either way I'll be patient and wait for the new MacBook Air with the M3 chipset.
MacBook Air or Macbook Pro?
MacBook Air has gotten better over the years with the new options and hardware you can select when ordering. Depending on the type of work you do, whether it's video editing or gaming, will depend on the amount of cores and ram needed for extra processing power. The high end MacBook Air will cost you a pretty penny but slightly slimmer and lighter than the MacBook Pro.
After reading a few articles about a lot of the new features and unconfirmed facts for the new MacBook Air, I found that apple insider covered it really well with lots of information.
