Beer Tech - Upside Down

Beer poured from the bottom?

This technology has been around for a while, however discovering this just recently, I wanted to share this with others that might find this technology really cool, save you time, and save money in the long run if you're a bar owner.

Maybe best for stadiums or the like where many people are standing in a long line waiting for a beer... and they need to speed up efficiency in pouring beer? ... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

From what I found it is mostly installed in mom and pop shops. This technology was actually invented way back in 2008 by Josh Springer. A few other companies have also come up with the same idea called reverse tap and base flow. Bottoms up draft beer systems - https://www.bottomsupbeer.com

How does it work?

There is a hole in the bottom of the glass that is sealed with a magnet. When the glass is pushed onto it's filler, the pre-programmed amount is filled from the bottom of the glass. - See video below how bottoms up filling works:

What a really cool idea, if I owned a bar I would buy it... but it seems to be more expensive than ordinary taps and keg systems. - As long as the bottoms up beer system pays for it self and is a good business investment then it should be worth it.
